We are looking for energetic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing real estate lead generation team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for contacting prospects, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and helping build a strong client pipeline for real estate professionals in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our real estate partners.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and results.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or business development preferred (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM familiarity is a plus).
