Bester Capital Media, a full-service ad agency located in Dubai is looking for a senior Graphic UI/UX Designer. The Job Position will be based in Lahore, but the resource will work closely with the team in Dubai on UAE-based brands.
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Media Sciences/Diploma in Design & Animation/Bachelors in Design & Animation
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a reputable Advertising Agency is mandatory.
- 360-degree advertising campaigns
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Designing Social Media Posts & Ads
- Designing other Digital Ads
- Designing Marketing Collaterals (Print, Digital, Electronic, Outdoor)
- Designing Mood board for photo shoots
- Designing Story board for video shoots
Technical Skills (Proficient in the following tools):
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premier Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photo Editing (Lifestyle, Product, Food, Interior Architecture, Outdoor, Portraits, Events, etc.)
- Video Animation (2D animated ads, explainer, digital ads, interviews, activations, events, product, lifestyle, fashion, etc.)
- Video Editing
- 3D Animation
- 3D modeling & rendering
Skill & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
- UI design portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
- 5+ years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
- Should be proficient in English verbal and written expression
