Beverage / Dessert Attendant at Tango

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Beverage and Dessert Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages and desserts following approved recipes, ensuring that every item meets our quality and presentation standards. You will work closely with the service team to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. This position requires a proactive approach to monitoring ingredient stock levels and adhering to proper storage and hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare beverages and desserts according to approved recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Verify portion sizes and order accuracy before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage and dessert station throughout the shift.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and promptly report any shortages to management.
- Store ingredients and prepared items following established restaurant procedures to maintain freshness and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with the service team to complete orders on time and meet customer expectations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils after use to uphold hygiene standards.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in preparing beverages or desserts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and adhere to presentation standards.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Capability to work effectively during busy periods without compromising quality.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs69,000. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location.
