Hr Manager - Night Shift

The HR Manager leads a team of two personnel, guiding their efforts in maintaining a supportive and compliant workplace environment. The manager implements Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to monitor and enhance employee performance while addressing any operational issues. This role demands adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to foster positive employee relations while managing HR processes efficiently during the night shift.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of two HR staff during the night shift to ensure effective HR operations and employee support.
Oversee all aspects of employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Implement and monitor performance management systems, including setting and reviewing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for employees.
Manage day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws during night hours.
Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively with employees and management to support company policies and improve workforce engagement.
Develop and maintain HR documentation and reports for senior management review and compliance requirements.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes in alignment with organizational needs and policies during the night shift.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and HR matters.
Adapt HR strategies to suit the night shift environment and respond promptly to operational needs and emergencies.
Promote a positive and flexible work culture by encouraging teamwork, employee development, and open communication.
