Beyond EQT Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of the company. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a team of 10 persons and take full ownership of the finance function in a complex, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 10 years of extensive finance experience, preferably gained in smaller organizations where hands-on involvement and commercial judgment are essential. The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with international financial reporting standards such as IFRS and GAAP, and implementing strategic financial planning and risk management measures. The role calls for someone with exceptional written communication skills, as much of the work involves collaboration across different time zones. Familiarity with AI and automation tools is crucial to enhance efficiency and streamline financial processes. While formal qualifications like CIMA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred, they are not mandatory for consideration. Experience in legal aspects of finance is regarded as a plus.

  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive resolution of financial issues by pushing counterparties towards timely and effective agreements, demonstrating strong commercial judgment.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools daily to enhance finance operations, optimize workflows, and improve the accuracy and accessibility of financial data.
  • Maintain precise and clear written communication, coordinating activities across multiple time zones and international teams.
  • Support strategic decision-making processes by providing insightful financial analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Lead the integration and harmonization of finance processes across different entities and tax jurisdictions.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial systems, enhance reporting capabilities, and reduce operational risks.
