Key Responsibilities
Patient Consultation & Treatment:
Conduct thorough patient consultations, including gathering medical history, assessing lifestyle factors, and evaluating symptoms. Diagnose health conditions accurately and prescribe appropriate homeopathic medicines and treatment plans. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Clinical Care & Documentation:
Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, prescriptions, and treatment notes. Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Document case studies and treatment outcomes to support internal review and ongoing learning.
Patient Education & Follow-up:
Provide patients with clear information about their treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare measures. Conduct regular follow-ups to evaluate treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction, fostering a supportive care environment.
Coordination & Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with other doctors, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver integrated patient care. Participate actively in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and patient outcomes.
Quality & Compliance:
Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), uphold medical ethics, and comply with statutory healthcare regulations. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) degree from a recognized institution is mandatory. Candidates must hold valid registration with the State Medical Council.
Experience:
Applications are welcome from both fresh graduates and experienced doctors. Prior clinical experience in hospitals or clinics is advantageous but not essential.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning abilities are essential. Excellent communication and counseling skills to engage effectively with patients are required. Candidates should demonstrate an ethical, empathetic, and patient-focused approach. The ability to manage outpatient department (OPD) workloads efficiently is important. Willingness to follow treatment protocols and SOPs is expected. Basic computer proficiency for electronic medical records (EMR) and patient documentation is necessary.
