SIAR Digital is seeking a skilled Reporting & Analytics professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming brand performance data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, Python, and data analysis, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, automation, and process improvement. This role requires someone with excellent analytical and communication skills who can collaborate effectively across teams, present data-driven insights clearly, and support business decisions through reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and ad-hoc reporting for multiple brands to ensure performance visibility and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards on Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Automate reporting processes using Python to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provide data-backed insights to support brand and business performance evaluations.
- Assist the marketing team with precise, number-driven data for performance reviews and presentations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics workflows through technology.
- Prepare and distribute daily brand performance reports covering sales, growth, planning, ad spend, and ROAS to stakeholders.
- Generate detailed ad-hoc reports such as sales analysis, top seller and stock-out reports, online vs retail comparisons, sell-through analysis, replenishment, liquidity, and sales workings.
- Proofread and validate all reports and dashboards before circulation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather source data for reporting and automation efforts.
- Document automated processes and reporting logic for knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BI & Analytics.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Power BI.
- At least 1 year of experience in Python programming for automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (minimum 1 year).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in-person at the Karachi office (DHA Phase 1).
