Key Responsibilities
Monitor procurement directories, government and public-sector portals, opportunity feeds, and shared mailboxes to identify relevant RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders for Nakisa. Maintain and manage portal registrations, logins, vendor profiles, and organize solicitation documents, addenda, Q&A, and deadlines within a shared SharePoint workspace. Apply Nakisa’s documented go/no-go criteria—including product fit, industry, geography, scope, budget, timeline, and strategic alignment—to screen opportunities using approved AI tools such as Claude and Copilot with standardized prompts.
Produce concise, structured qualification summaries for promising opportunities, outlining key requirements, fit assessments, risks, deadlines, and bid/no-bid recommendations. Rank qualified opportunities and document rationale for disqualified bids to ensure traceability and continuous refinement of qualification criteria. Hand off well-organized opportunity packages and summaries to the RFP lead for further review. Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of live opportunities and submission deadlines, flagging time-sensitive items promptly.
Support maintenance and improvement of reusable screening assets, including qualification criteria, keyword lists, AI prompts, exclusion rules, and a library of past opportunities. Provide occasional assistance with RFP drafting, including standard sections, supporting content, and formatting under the guidance of the RFP lead.
Required Qualifications
Approximately 2–4 years of experience in bid or proposal coordination, presales or sales support, market and opportunity research, business analysis, or public-sector procurement support, preferably within B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or IT services. Strong business acumen and curiosity to quickly learn Nakisa’s terminology, solutions, and focus areas to make informed qualification decisions early on.
Excellent business-level written English with strong analytical and critical reading skills to extract key requirements from complex solicitation documents and produce clear, concise summaries. Ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT in professional settings, with a willingness to integrate AI into daily workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for document management and collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with public-sector or government procurement processes in North America, the UK, EU, or Gulf regions, including familiarity with tender portals and registration. Exposure to enterprise software domains relevant to Nakisa, such as lease accounting, integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), real estate, workforce and organizational planning, or ERP-related solutions. APMP certification or equivalent proposal management credentials is a plus. Experience developing AI prompts, automations, or reusable templates to streamline repetitive research tasks such as qualification scorecards and competitive scans.
