The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business.
You will build key customer/ agency relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Managing artist agency, including maintaining agency relationships, onboarding new agencies, improving the number and quality of agencies, and fulfilling the targets set by the headquarters
- Develop new business with existing and new artist agencies.
- Assist the headquarter team to deliver the ideas and solutions to agencies well.
- Keeping the Creator Management team informed of the status of their group's accounts, problems, plans, and meetings and involving Management personnel at critical times.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Good Communication Skills and Quick Problem-solver.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Brave to face challenges, Flexible to solve problems, willing to grow with company together.
- Large company sales team experience is preferred.
