Master’s Degree in Finance Accounting or related field Advance Degree (MBA, CPA, CFA OR CA Qualified is highly preferred) with having 10+ Years of Hands On exposure in Manufacturing Industry preferable in Metal/ Steel/ Auto Industry.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes. Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets.

Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.
Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact the organization.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
