Billing Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Billing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of construction projects, from preparing initial cost estimates to finalizing accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance with legal standards. This position requires close collaboration with contractors and project teams to monitor budgets, handle payment processes, and manage variations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and develop project budgets.
- Create and manage tender documents for procurement processes.
- Evaluate contractor bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Monitor ongoing project budgets and track financial progress.
- Manage variations and oversee payment procedures to contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints while meeting quality and legal requirements.
- Apply knowledge of construction and landscape design principles in cost management activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess costs and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant construction laws, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working on construction projects with a focus on cost control and financial management.
- Ability to reliably commute or willingness to relocate to Lahore Ferozepur Road area before starting work.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs45,000 to Rs80,000.
