Job Description
- We at Billionaire Investment Group are looking for enthusiastic, goal oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts.
- Answer queries from customer about product or company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Generate new prospects and leads.
- Enter and update customer’s information into database.
- Take and process order in accurate manner.
- Go to “Extra Mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales as well.

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over phone.
- Ability to learn about product/services and explaining it to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
