We are looking for a Content Writer passionate about writing news articles, blogs pieces, articles and any required content while following the latest trends.
You will become part of a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams, generating unique content that increases product knowledge and awareness to deliver the company's vision and strategy. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Prepare well-structured and original blogs, articles, news piece and other content pieces.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic and engagement.
- Write clear marketing copy that promotes our products/services.
- Keep abreast with the latest related trends.
- Proofread and edit generated content including blogs, news pieces, and social media copies before publication.
- Submit work for approvals.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website and other content as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Experience doing research using multiple sources.
- Excellent writing, editing, and reading skills in English.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
Master's or Bachelor's degree from a HEC Recognized university.
