BIM Manager

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead our digital delivery and project coordination initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex architectural models and driving Building Information Modeling strategies across high-end developments. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and management of BIM standards and workflows across multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Oversee clash detection, model coordination, and data integration for large-scale projects, including healthcare, hospitality, and complex mixed-use developments.
- Manage and optimize Common Data Environments (CDE) to facilitate smooth collaboration between design, engineering, and execution teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to architectural drafting and design units, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver training sessions for both office and site staff to enhance BIM competency across the organization.
- Prepare and administer essential project documents such as BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and Model Delivery Information Protocols (MDIP).

Required Qualifications

- Extensive hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro, and cloud collaboration platforms like Autodesk BIM 360.
- Strong expertise in architectural design coordination, construction documentation, and execution of high-end finishes.
- Familiarity with advanced document management systems, including Oracle Aconex.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of streamlining complex project interfaces to meet tight deadlines.
- Well-versed in BIM and ISO standards, ensuring compliance and best practices throughout project delivery.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on large-scale, complex projects.
