BIM Manager

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead our digital delivery and project coordination initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex architectural models and implementing Building Information Modeling strategies for high-end developments. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful integration of BIM processes throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of BIM standards and workflows across multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Oversee clash detection, model coordination, and data integration for large-scale projects, including healthcare, hospitality, and complex mixed-use developments.
- Manage and optimize Common Data Environments (CDE) to facilitate seamless collaboration between design, engineering, and execution teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to architectural drafting and design units.
- Deliver training to both office and site staff to enhance BIM capabilities and knowledge.
- Prepare and administer key project documentation such as BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and Model Delivery Information Protocols (MDIP).

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro, and cloud collaboration platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360.
- Strong expertise in architectural design coordination, construction documentation, and execution of high-end finishes.
- Familiarity with advanced document management systems, including Oracle Aconex.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to streamline complex project interfaces and meet tight deadlines.
- Well-versed in BIM and ISO standards to ensure compliance and quality control.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
