We are seeking an experienced social media manager to join our growing team. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implement effective social media strategies for our real estate projects. We are looking for someone with a marketing agency background who is comfortable working with Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand projects and develop social media plans to achieve their goals
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Analyze social media data to optimize campaigns and report on campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure always ahead of the curve
- Post scheduling & uploading
- Stories Uploading on daily basis
- Replying Clients Messages and Comments
- Making Videos of different Services (with the help of designer)
- Creating content on daily basis (with the help of designer)
- Come up with new ideas for videos and campaigns on regular basis (with the help of designer)
- Competitive Analysis
- You might also be assigned tasks as required for any upcoming event
Requirements:
- Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a marketing agency setting
- Proven experience leading a team of social media specialists
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
- Experience with social media advertising is a plus
