1. Achieve regional ST and SO targets and SO targets of key products, and manage the fulfillment of tasks assigned to field forces (FFs) and promoters.
2. Improve coverage in business districts and increase exposure; ensure more than 90% coverage for places and 100% coverage for branding in A+, A, and B+ stores; and ensure more than 30% shelf shares for items such as samples, dummies, package boxes, and point of sales material (POSM) in each store and supervise procedures and implementation.
3. Organize daily regional FF morning meetings, weekly regional ST meetings, and weekly promoter meetings to review the success and failure of weekly work and develop improvement plans.

5. Compare with competitors in the region and map out regional business plans and resource strategies.
6. Increase sales shares of key stores.
7. Conduct quarterly retail mapping for the regional market, focus on the development of new high-quality customers, and formulate regional market development and sales coverage plans based on the mapping result.
