The candidate is expected to have exceptional programming and logic building skills along with a demonstratable experience of developing games using Unity3d.Any experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) will be considered a big plus.The job requires developing high-quality games (not re-skinning!) using Unity3D while using the best software development practices.
