Bingo is seeking reliable and responsible Food Riders to join our growing delivery team in Sialkot. As a Food Rider, you play a vital role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of food orders to our customers while maintaining high standards of professionalism and care. This position requires ownership of a motorcycle, a valid driving license, and a good knowledge of local routes. Candidates should be punctual, honest, and able to work flexible shifts to meet customer demands. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it calls for strong individual responsibility and effective communication with customers and restaurant staff.
Responsibilities

Deliver food orders safely and on schedule to customers according to assigned routes.
Handle all food orders with professionalism and care to maintain quality.
Follow company guidelines and traffic safety rules strictly during deliveries.
Maintain effective, courteous communication with customers and restaurant staff.
Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete before handing over to customers.
Manage time effectively to work flexible shifts and meet delivery requirements.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained motorcycle to ensure safe transportation.
Report any issues or incidents during delivery promptly to the management.
Demonstrate punctuality, honesty, and customer-friendly behavior at all times.
Continuously update knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions to optimize delivery times.
