We are seeking experienced and persuasive Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) who are confident in making outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company. The goal is simple: engage, pitch, and close the sale. If you're someone who knows how to turn conversations into conversions, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make inbound sales calls to leads provided by Binham Group
- Clearly explain product/service offerings and answer customer queries
- Use proven scripts and sales techniques to close deals over the phone
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide feedback to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience (Sales preferred)
- Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent English/Urdu communication and persuasion skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
