BioPharma Research Associate

Located at Amir Town, Faisalabad, our company is a specialized B2B event management firm focusing on scientific conferences within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors across Europe and the USA. We serve as pharma management consultants, facilitating connections between our clients and key decision-makers in the drug development industry. We are currently seeking a motivated female BioPharma Research Associate to join our head office team. This role involves strategic outreach, market research, and client coordination to support our international conference initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach & Delegate Acquisition:
Identify and engage senior professionals, decision-makers, and industry experts from global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. Promote conference participation through professional outreach and relationship-building efforts. Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to enhance delegate acquisition.

Market Research & Industry Intelligence:
Conduct thorough research on target companies, key stakeholders, and emerging trends within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Analyze market developments to uncover new opportunities for conference growth and engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, interactions, and business opportunities.

Client Support & Coordination:
Respond professionally to client inquiries and provide timely solutions to any concerns. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of conference participation and delegate engagement. Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism throughout all client interactions.

Performance & Growth:
Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize this knowledge to add value to client communications and support the company’s growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Preferably 1-2 years in a similar role; however, motivated fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

Additional Information

This position is exclusively open to female candidates. Please note, our organization operates as trusted pharma management consultants and is neither a call center nor a software house. The role requires in-person attendance at our head office located on Plot 29 Abdul Qadir Khan Street, Main Canal Expressway, Amir Town, Faisalabad. The monthly salary range is Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
