Frozen Food Cheff

Bird X seeks a skilled Frozen Food Cheff with at least two years of experience to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will specialize in preparing, cooking, and presenting frozen food products that meet high standards of taste, safety, and quality. This role requires expertise in handling frozen ingredients, mastering specific cooking techniques, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Cheff will work closely with our kitchen staff to maintain consistency and innovation in our frozen food offerings. This position involves managing a team of 10 persons, ensuring efficient workflow, proper training, and coordination among team members. Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in the preparation, cooking, and finishing of frozen food items to meet Bird Xs quality standards.
Manage and supervise a team of 10 kitchen staff members, ensuring proper task delegation and timely completion of food preparation activities.
Train and mentor team members on techniques specific to frozen food handling and cooking to maintain high consistency.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen and during food storage.
Monitor inventory levels of frozen ingredients and coordinate with procurement to maintain necessary stock.
Develop and refine frozen food recipes to enhance flavor, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen management team to plan menus and special promotions involving frozen products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to company policies and health regulations.
Implement quality control measures to inspect finished products before serving or packaging.
Respond promptly to any kitchen issues, including equipment malfunctions or supply shortages, to minimize disruption.
