We’re hiring a Project Manager who understands digital marketing. This role is not just about timelines and task tracking — we’re looking for someone who knows how campaigns work, what makes clients impatient, and how to manage creative teams, performance teams, and content flows under one roof. If you’ve handled Facebook ad timelines, SEO delays, content revisions, or client WhatsApp groups — this job is for you.
You’ll be responsible for project planning, team coordination, task execution, client communication, and ensuring that every deliverable meets both quality and timing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage digital marketing projects (ads, content, SEO, branding, etc.)
Actively coordinate between design, content, and performance teams
Maintain and update project timelines using ClickUp, Trello, or Notion
Manage client communication via WhatsApp and email (single monthly thread per client)
Share daily updates, weekly summaries, and monthly reports with clients
Do quality checks before every client delivery
Document new instructions, feedback, or scope changes
Ensure smooth workflow, on-time delivery, and follow-up without reminders
Run internal status meetings and maintain task accountability
Keep folders, links, and deliverables well organized and named properly
Identify delays early and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing project management or coordination
Strong understanding of ad campaigns, content pipelines, basic SEO, creative production timelines
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Google Drive, etc.
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable handling multiple clients and campaigns at once
Experience using tools like Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, etc.
Organized, responsible, and good at follow-through
Can work independently without being micromanaged
