Responsibilities

Manage engineering team tasks, priorities, and schedules
Strong experience as a hands-on leader who is technically involved on a daily basis is required
Motivate staff and provide technical direction and guidance as both manager and mentor
Lead, advance, and develop the company’s engineering processes for product design, review and release for improved project
profitability
Define, manage and enforce engineering standards and methods according to industry best practices; implement continuous
improvement
Coordinate multiple projects across multiple departments, and drive technical solutions into process equipment

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science or relevant years of experience
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Experience with setting up and supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery to On-Prem or Cloud data centers
2+ years of managing a team of 4 or more engineers
8+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft .NET C#, SQL
5+ years of experience with Angular, RESTful API, Service Oriented Architecture, git, Agile SDLC
5+ years of experience supporting high volume public-facing web applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Financial Technology: payroll, payments, e-commerce, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Azure
