Bitwords Media is looking foran expert and energeticCRM Manager withover1 year of proven professional industry experience.
The purpose of the job is to manage CRM and Leads with professional presentation and reporting skills. Able totransform whole company`s business process from sales to project delivery into CRM.
Essential Responsibilities (Including but not Limited to):
- Manage Zoho CRM or any open source CRM.
- Be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software packages in anycloud-based CRM & Project Management solutions
- Able to integrate company`s email marketing campaign through CRM.
- Add leads to the system and ensure system integrity
- Assign leads to lead generation experts
- Create and present reports to management on lead generation activity
- Manage ancillary lead sources & research work
Skills Required:
- Full command on Zoho CRM or any other open source CRM
- Ability to coordinante with Sales Manager & Engineering team to customize CRM as per company`s business model.
- Be a self-starter who can own and manage their day-to-day activitiesand work collaboratively with multiple teams/roles
- Ability to manage and present data
- MS Excel
