RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively participating in the implementation of ERP software applications, installations, requirements analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training and deployment
- Work directly with clients to document and validate business requirements and map them to Company's Own ERP software functionality.
- Work with clients to configure/customize application to meet their business requirements, process and practices.
- Engage in driving rapid business improvements related to Record To Report, Order To Cash, Procure to Pay, Content Accounting, Tax, and Treasury in Company's Own ERP software
- Able to do business analysis and compare company's ERP with other competitors in the market and lead our Dev team to optimize our ERP application.
- Troubleshoot and resolution of complex process, application and functional issues
- Partner with business sponsors and stakeholders to identify their business objectives and priorities
- Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, support teams and external vendors
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science or Commerce
- Good functional understanding of ERP Modules
- 3 to 5 years of experience with any known ERP Software, preferably Oracle NetSuite, Zoho or any know ERP systems
- Experience with Financials, Customer Service or Supply Chain modules will be considered as a plus point
- Worked with 3rd Party and customized system integrations to and from ERP applications
- Experience with agile development methodology
- Strong organization planning and problem-solving skills and a team player who thrives working under pressure
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills is a must
