Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to support our content and digital marketing team in executing day-to-day social media activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement tactics across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling posts across multiple platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer etc.
Help create engaging content (text, images, and short-form video) in coordination with the design team.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and flag customer inquiries or issues.
Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes to suggest new ideas.
Support in creating monthly content calendars and performance reports.
Coordinate with influencers or collaborators (if required).
Track basic metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
