In this role, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive proposals and engaging with potential clients on Upwork. If you're a great communicator, enjoy writing, and are excited to start your career in the freelancing world, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients and projects on Upwork.
Write clear, concise, and compelling proposals to win projects.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and showcase how Strugbits can help.
Track and report on proposal success rates and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Work closely with our team to ensure that all client requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to tailor proposals to specific client needs.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Freshers are welcome to apply! No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is a must.
Have knowledge of proposal writing .
