- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology and software
- Possibly training junior staff
- Conduct consistent network backup operations
- Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and user
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the Company network is not compromised.
- Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key suppliers, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.
Qualification:
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years as IT Expert
- Strong written and communication skills
- Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Good interpersonal skills, should be able to interact with all staff across all level and cadre ·
- Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multi-task effectively
