· Support our team members in coordinating with our clients, in the administration of documentation and follow up with various clients.
· Requirements Must have 2-3 years of experience of working in law offices Regularly correspond internally to keep the clients updated
· Maintain files for each client by appropriately segregating the documents
· Assume receptionist responsibilities if required
· Support meeting room arrangements and groundwork for events
· Any other tasks that may be entrusted by the Office Manager as necessary.
