Bjq Hospital is seeking dedicated Hospital Staff to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services with compassion, excellence, and innovation. This role involves supporting a wide range of hospital operations including patient care, administration, security, and technical maintenance within a multidisciplinary environment. Staff members are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism while ensuring a respectful and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, it plays an essential role in collaborating with various departments to achieve seamless hospital operations. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and possess skills spanning clinical support, operations, public relations, and technical maintenance. This diverse role offers exposure to multiple facets of hospital functioning such as nursing assistance, biomedical engineering, front desk operations, security, and housekeeping. Commitment to patient safety, adherence to hospital policies, and effective communication with patients and team members are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to patients including assistance with daily activities and ensuring comfort and safety.
Assist medical officers and nursing staff in delivering patient care according to hospital protocols.
Manage hospital operations tasks as assigned, including record keeping, scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and facilitating the registration process efficiently.
Perform basic biomedical equipment maintenance checks under guidance or escalate technical issues to specialized personnel.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in collaboration with housekeeping staff to ensure a safe environment.
Implement and adhere to hospital security guidelines to safeguard patients, staff, and hospital property.
Engage with the public and patients professionally, providing information and assistance as required by public relations responsibilities.
Handle administrative support functions such as filing, data entry, and communication with external parties where necessary.
Monitor and report any irregularities or concerns related to patient health, safety, or hospital functioning to appropriate supervisors.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards at all times.
Collaborate effectively with different hospital departments to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Participate in hospital training programs to stay updated on healthcare practices, hospital policies, and technical equipment use.
