Performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on YORK Roof Top Units and Air-Cooled Condensing Units to ensure efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quarterly maintenance on four Roof Top Units and one Indoor & Condensing Unit, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system adjustments per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Inspect and test system components (e.g., compressors, fan motors, expansion valves) and document findings.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions using facility-provided or locally sourced parts.
  • Use contractor-provided tools, testing equipment, safety shoes, and PPE, ensuring compliance with UL and NFPA standards.
  • Maintain expendable inventory (e.g., belts, filters, grease) and report replacement needs after each visit.
  • Provide 3-5 customer references of similar scope of work along with contact details.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems maintenance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance, preferably with YORK units.
  • Knowledge of HVAC components and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Occupational health and safety training certification.
  • Ability to work during standard hours (08:00–16:30, Monday–Friday) and respond to emergencies within 24 hours.
