Ensures compliance with safety standards, prepares maintenance checklists, and submits service reports to meet contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and submit a preventive maintenance schedule and checklist for client approval before work begins.
Ensure all personnel adhere to occupational health and safety rules, including use of PPE (e.g., gloves, hearing protection, eye protection) and compliance with SDS sheets.
Prepare and submit signed checklists after each maintenance visit, including photographic documentation of system conditions.
Maintain operation and maintenance (O&M) binders from manufacturers, ensuring accessibility to facility personnel.
Coordinate training on safety procedures and document personnel certifications.
Provide 3-5 customer references of similar scope of work along with contact details.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Technical Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety compliance or technical documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with OSHA, SHEM, and NFPA standards.
Proficiency in documentation software and report preparation.
Occupational health and safety training certification.
