We are seeking an experienced production manager for our Beauty Cosmetics Company, you will be Responsible for overall activities of production control, keeping a check on the shortage of shock, and fulfilling the future demand.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Improving profits and get savings
- Provide project management oversight of the RFX process including,
- Monthly reporting through ERP system to the head of procurement in the form of spend analysis
