Daily Operations Management:

Continuously evaluate operational processes and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in operational management within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
Understanding of social media marketing, web development, and SEO practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of team management and development.
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving business growth initiatives.
