We are looking for a "Manager Brand Marketing" with at least 5 years' experience in the revenant field.

The purpose of this position is to plan and organize the marketing department, which includes brand repositioning, trade marketing, brand image and building a strong brand image and Brand consistency maintained on consumers' minds. 

Job Description:

  • Lead and set the Trade Marketing Strategy across a portfolio of brands in consultation with directors.
  • Lead and oversee short and long lead Trade Marketing projects, and promotional material in liaison with sales teams, ensuring all artwork and items are on brand and delivered on time.
  • Maintain brand guidelines at all times and raise any concerns with the relevant line manager.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and Sales support activities are completed to specifications and deadlines.
  • Liaison with the Marketing Intelligence department to see the consumer insights.
  • Develop and organize a consumer engagement plan with the help of data.
  • To ensure and measure consumer index.
  • To plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy along close liaisons with all stake holders to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy.
  • To direct and control staff in the implementation of branding activities and initiatives to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  • To develop plans for the launch of new products into all relevant markets.
  • Monitor the new launch budget to ensure that all targets are met within specified budget limits.
  • Maintain an awareness of new range launch to ensure that the company maintains its competitive advantage. 
  • Manage the preparation of the marketing budget.
  • Oversee the development of artwork (custom jobs or promotions) and special projects (short and long lead times) with both internal and external designers as required and understand materials.
  • Brief internal and external designers and agencies as required.
  • Workshop ideas with key members of the Marketing/Sales teams as required, presenting creative rationale and direction for various projects.
  • To develop and ensure the implementation of the marketing SOPs.

  • Increase Sales Growth (SKU wise) % YTD.
  • Increase per-store productivity.
  • Ensure and enhance ROI.
  • Brand Index
  • Brand Equity
  • Number of activities planned vs executed. 
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Advance Experience in MS Office Tools
  • With good connections in different brands
