Office Boy

Blesso Cosmetics is seeking a diligent and reliable Office Boy to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, specifically focusing on the Director's offices and common areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all workstations and equipment are clean, tidy, and organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for staff and visitors alike. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to perform basic cleaning tasks efficiently. In this role, you will manage the preparation and serving of tea and water to visitors, staff, and directors, along with maintaining the lunch area, including handling kitchen accessories and appliances. You will be expected to start and switch off air conditioning and other electrical equipment as needed. Additionally, you will visit the market to procure refreshments for lunch and tea, supporting smooth daily operations. This position requires at least one year of related experience, and there is no team management responsibility involved.
Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and dusting of Director offices, workstations, and electronic systems to maintain a hygienic environment.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to visitors, staff, and directors with professionalism and care.
Arrange and thoroughly clean the lunch area, including handling plates, microwave ovens, and water supplies to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
Wash all kitchen accessories regularly to maintain proper hygiene standards and ensure all items are ready for use.
Manage the starting and shutting down of air conditioning units and all required electrical equipment daily to save energy and maintain equipment longevity.
Visit local markets to purchase refreshments and necessary consumable items, supporting the food and beverage services during the workday.
Assist with general housekeeping duties to ensure all office areas remain clean and orderly throughout the working day.
Adhere strictly to safety and cleanliness standards to comply with company policies and provide a healthy workplace.
