Blockchain Developer

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Engineer to join our technology team based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role involves working with minimal supervision to design and develop both layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain protocols. The successful candidate will actively contribute to open-source blockchain initiatives focused on on-chain training and the execution of advanced AI algorithms. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology integrated with state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of projects from conception through deployment and ongoing management.
- Architect and design layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain protocols.
- Contribute to various open-source blockchain projects and initiatives.
- Develop EVM-compatible blockchain protocols that interface with diverse AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in blockchain development.
- Strong programming and logical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Rust, and/or C++ is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of Ethereum, Binance, Polygon, and Solana blockchains, including hands-on experience writing smart contracts for these platforms.
- Solid experience working on layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain solutions, with a clear understanding of node operations. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus algorithms and cryptographic protocols.
- Experience with decentralized storage solutions like IPFS and blockchain Oracle services.
- Background in back-end development, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with deep learning and large language models (LLMs) will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in NodeJS and Python is a plus.

Educational Qualifications
