Blockchain Developer

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Engineer to join our technology team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role involves working with minimal supervision to design and develop layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain protocols. The successful candidate will actively contribute to open-source blockchain initiatives focused on on-chain training and the execution of advanced AI algorithms. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology integrated with state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of projects from initial conception through deployment and ongoing management.
- Architect and design layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain protocols.
- Collaborate and contribute to various open-source blockchain projects.
- Develop EVM-compatible blockchain protocols that interface with AI technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in blockchain development.
- Strong programming and logical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Rust, and/or C++ is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Ethereum, Binance, Polygon, and Solana blockchains, including smart contract development.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.
- Experience working on layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain solutions, including a clear understanding of node operations.
- Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions like IPFS and blockchain Oracle services.
- Background in back-end development, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a reputable university with a strong academic record.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of Cosmos blockchain is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of Deep Learning and large language models (LLMs) will be highly valued.
- Familiarity with NodeJS and Python is considered a plus.
