Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Gulberg, Islamabad, Pakistan, On-site at Blockmob office Company: Blockmob
About the roleWe are looking for someone who understands the power of email and wants to build a career around lifecycle marketing. You will help us design, build and optimize email campaigns, sequences and automations that move users and leads to action across SaaS products, mobile apps, consumer apps, trading tools and some crypto or forex projects.
What you will do
● Plan and build email campaigns for Blockmob and our clients
● Create flows and automations such as onboarding, education, reactivation and launch sequences
● Write clear, conversion focused copy and strong subject lines
● Segment lists based on behavior, interests and lifecycle stage
● Set up basic A and B tests for subject lines, send times and content variations
● Monitor open rates, click rates, spam issues and core conversion metrics
● Document learnings and share playbooks to improve future campaigns
Must have skills
● 1 to 3 years of experience with email marketing, or a clear portfolio of campaigns
● Familiarity with at least one ESP such as Klaviyo, MailerLite, Mailchimp or similar
● Good copywriting skills in English and understanding of persuasion basics
● Basic knowledge of segmentation, tagging and simple automations
● Comfortable reading performance metrics and making adjustments from data
Highly recommended
● Exposure to any of the following
○ Crypto or Web3 products
○ Forex or trading communities
○ SaaS or tools related to finance and trading platforms
Nice to have
● Experience working with subscription products or SaaS
● Basic understanding of list hygiene and deliverability
● Experience connecting email with CRM data or product events
