Position Summary:
Blue Cascade is offering a key position in the company along with the toughest of responsibilities. The company requires the brilliant minds out there who’s willing to take the job of being the technical backbone for the company. The position requires an experienced person skilled in both managing a huge chunk of human resources as well as being the technical lead for the entire company. The role of the selected candidate will range from advising the best regarding the technical aspects and managing the human resources dedicated to software development.
Responsibilities:
The positions hold a lot of power and thus great responsibilities. The selected person will have to guide the technical department so as to assist every other department in the company. The person will be leading the technical side of every project that springs out of Blue Cascade. As Blue Cascade is an e-commerce company, the person will be here to devise solutions, plan out the procedures for the development department, create deadlines and execute the plan sticking to the deadlines.
Requirements:
The position being among the top ones here at Blue Cascade, experience counts big time as does the skill level. Precisely, we require a person with an experience of about 10 years in the field. Furthermore, we require a passionate person who loves to observe norms and ethics and keeps to a friendly atmosphere. The person must be able to figure out what’s best for the company and add his/her share to improving it further.
