We are seeking an Admin and HR Assistant to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across the organization. To be successful in this position, youll be a self-starter, capable of delivering and showing amazing attention to detail.

Admin and HR Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
  • Prepares payroll by calculating salary, overtimes, incentives and maintaining payroll records.
  • Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
  • Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Processing purchase order of invoices and keeping a proper track of the process.
  • Dealing and coordinating with vendors for purchases of new inventory stock.
  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Accomplishes human resources, admin department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
