  1. Managing large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  2. Should have ability to meet recovery targets.
  3. Should have strong follow up ability and presence of mind.
  4. Candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and active.
  5. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Should keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensive way.
  7. Should have ability to handle pressure.
  8. Must have polite and courteous tone of voice.
  9. Experience of real estate industry will be a plus.
