Blue Sky Company has established a complete unit for manufacturing fine quality solid wood furniture near Islamabad. We shall soon be opening our show rooms in Islamabad and another one in our factory near Burhan Interchange on the Motorway. We have opening for the following positions at both the places:
1. Show Room Team Lead
The Show Room Team Lead must be a person with knowledge & experience of Furniture Industry. He / She will be the person who shall be in direct contact with the public and is required to represent the Company in positive manner. Show Room Team Lead will be responsible for following main functions:
Sales
Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target.
Train Sales Associates
Furniture Show Room Team Lead should be able to teach & train sales associates selling techniques, how to use company resources and educate them on the products that the Company is selling to meet sales goals and provide good service to customers.
Conduct Sales Meetings
Changes occur on an almost daily basis: new products come in, products are discontinued, prices change, and new promotions are started. Show Room Team Lead shall hold regular staff meetings to make sure sales associates are aware of these changes.
Monitor Inventory & liaison with factory
Keep track of furniture items in stock and place restock orders as needed to ensure that there is adequate inventory on hand to meet the needs of customers. For this a strong and regular liaison with the Factory is necessary.
Handle Customer Issues
To maintain customer satisfaction and retain clientele, Show Room Team Lead will be responsible for addressing & resolving customer complaints in a most effective manner.
Develop Strategies
Developing strategies to improve product display, how to reach prospective customers and increase sales and profitability is a key part of Show Room Team Lead’s role.
