Manager Accounts

We are looking for a suitably qualified & enthusiastic candidate who is self-motivated, energetic and knowledgeable about the core accounts & administrative functions to be based in our factory. He should be able to handle accounting and general administrative duties of the firm independently under the guidance of his superiors.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities of Accountant

Basic bookkeeping
Complete general ledger operations
Responsibility of payroll
Filing of PESSI,EOBI and other statutory returns
Preparation of invoices & quotations
Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cashbook, cheque & credit card transactions.
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare tax & sales tax computations and filing of monthly returns
Dealing with banks and reconciliation of bank accounts on regular basis.
Handling phone calls, mail and other office functions for smooth running of operations.
Review and process procurement expense.
Maintain an active liaison with tax authorities, auditors, tax consultants and other regulatory bodies , external agencies and government offices.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
