Key Responsibilities
- Utilize 6 to 9 years of experience in information systems development with a strong focus on Blue Yonder (BY) Transportation Management System (TMS), particularly in SaaS implementations.
- Apply 4 to 10 years of expertise in PL/SQL, SQL Plus, and Unix Shell Scripting to support technical development and integration.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Blue Yonder’s technical architecture and contribute to solution design and implementation.
- Engage with supply chain domain knowledge to enhance system functionality and align with business needs.
- Manage technical processes within a high-volume, multi-application environment, working independently to deliver project milestones.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams, showcasing strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop solutions for additional Blue Yonder modules, with experience in agile methodologies considered a plus. Accreditation in any BY module is advantageous.
- Interpret functional design documents and translate them into comprehensive technical design documents.
- Design, build, and configure the BY TMS application to meet specific business requirements.
- Prepare and lead design workshops with client personnel to explain JDA TMS functionality and document current and future state processes.
- Conduct unit testing of designed solutions, configure UI elements, and manage data migration across environments.
- Work closely with integration and testing teams to ensure end-to-end solution validation and timely resolution of identified issues.
- Participate in cutover activities during Go Live and provide hypercare support post-implementation.
- Regularly attend project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (6-9 years) in Blue Yonder TMS development, with a preference for SaaS implementation projects.
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL Plus, and Unix Shell Scripting (4-10 years).
- Good understanding of Blue Yonder technical architecture and supply chain domain expertise.
- Proven ability to work independently in complex, multi-application environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting functional design documents and creating technical design documentation.
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, configuring, and testing BY TMS applications.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and integration testing.
