We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buying Expert to join our team and lead the development and optimization of digital media plans for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Run Ads & campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation across platforms and campaigns.
  • Plan, created and managed PPC campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC
  • keywords and negative keywords).
  • Optimize bidding at keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
  • Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics).
  • Devise and implement effective A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators.
  • Create automated workflows in Google Analytics with Campaign Monitor integration.
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends.
  • Create conversion tracking tags with the help of Google Tag Manager and then import them to GA4 and other paid channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on PPC campaign management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are preferred.
  • Experience with automation tools and workflows is a plus.
