- Ensure the security and proper handling of cash during collection activities.
- Prepare and organize cash for bank deposits daily.
- Safely transport deposits to the bank and ensure timely submissions.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of daily cash transactions.
- Prepare cash statements reflecting the day's collections, disbursements, and ending balances.
- Reconcile cash statements with daily collections and bank deposits.
- Coordinate closely with other team members to ensure smooth cash collection procedures.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to cash collection promptly to the appropriate parties.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Prior cashiering experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
