- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
- Follow up to ensure resolution English communication and usage of PC (Word, excel, Email) is must
- Those with market exposure and market visit intent will be preferred.
