- Shall be responsible for developing brand strategy and action plans for different categories and channels
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales and growth targets
- Monitor team performance on regular basis and ensure deliverance against assigned KPIs
- Develop and nurture a network of high-worth customers
- Ensure deliverance of excellent customer services
- Shall be responsible for preparing sales plans for assigned area in line with Company's overall strategic sales plans
- Assist and provide input to National Sales Manager in strategic planning
- Provide marketing intelligence on regular basis to National Sales Manager and top management
- Generate reports and market analysis for top management to make timely decisions
- Shall be responsible for on-ground execution of sales and promotional activities.
- Shall have 16-years of education preferably in business sciences
- Minimum 2-Years of Experience in Brand department in a reputed FMCG , Multi-national or national organization
- Proven track record of developing and implementing brand strategies which lead to sales growth and expansion in business
- Experience in a dynamic and challenging environment of "start-ups" would be valuable addition
- Must be proficient in using modern management tools in planning
